Every one of us likes to live in a peaceful environment. There can be primarily two types of accommodation related to the ownership rights, either as a tenant or the owner of the place. There are many subcategories in the world, but I would like to stay on just the above-mentioned two aspects. While it may not sound something very dramatic or serious about this topic, but this has garnered some serious attention.
In this blog now, I will try to discuss the benefits of living as a tenant and then as an owner and eventually which one comes out on top.

You are new to the city when there are many benefits of living as a tenant. First of all, you can easily get a place to live without thinking about selling much amount. After that, you don't have to think about painting the various taxes or any fees, costs, or expenses whatsoever. This can be termed as the best way to start a new living with not much in your hand. And even if you are looking forward to buying a piece of real estate, living as a tenant will be better off.
Furthermore, you don’t have to pay money for any renovation of the living place and don’t have to think about what will happen in the future to the structure. Don't have to think about how old the structure is may happen. Everything is up to the owner, but you have to be sure that you don't disrupt anything. Even if you want to change something and the structure or making even a minor amendment, you must take permission from the owner. Else, the owner can make you liable for the payment of any change in the structure or anything in his property.
From all the above-mentioned aspects, do not perceive that living everything has all the benefits, and acquiring a place of real estate won't help you much. It doesn't matter where you go for a big mansion or small condo, things can be different for each type of real estate. But I will try to be neutral and generally discuss this topic.

Although in extreme circumstances like the economic meltdown of 2007-8 and the current COVID-19 pandemic, the price of real state may go down for a long time. But eventually, it bounces back and increases rapidly.
Any can get good revenue by renting out the place, for a regular income stream. Not many people will think that it is a very good strategy but the current scenario and any other situation if you have a regular income stream it is a great advantage for you. Everyone nowadays must have more than one way of getting a regular income so that he doesn't have to rely on just one. In drastic scenarios, it can be critical for someone to move on and that's where being the owner of a real estate will help you tremendously.
In the end, it is up to you to make the final decision. But I am sure that by now, you can have a good view of what you want in the future in terms of buying out real estate for living as a tenant. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but if you can buy even a small place, it can be beneficial for you in the future.
