We are seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to join our DXC Consulting family. DXC Consulting guides organisations on their digital transformation. We understand that success on your digital journey requires depth of expertise in multiple areas as well as a holistic delivery approach. We have the technology independence, global talent and extensive partner alliance to help you get there.
Baseline Clearance will be preferred, failing that have the ability to obtain one for this role.
About your role:
As an Enterprise Agile coach, you will be a thought leader for Agile practices for DXC and our clients. You will embody Agile values and principles lead others to embrace them. Your role will uplift Agile maturity for DXC teams and programs, and provide coaching and consultative services for our clients.
Responsibilities
 Lead a successful adoption and transformation for programs, branches and divisions to Agile
 Able to apply Agile practices and frameworks for federal clients
 Understand the needs of Band 1 and Band 2 SES, and are able to communicate effectively at their level
 Demonstrate the effectiveness and benefit of Agile transformations
 Teach, implement and execute projects aligned with the Digital Transformation Agency’s Digital Service Standard and Service Design and Delivery Process
 Use Systems Thinking to identify impediments in value streams at an organisational level, then apply Agile practices to remove them
 Create Agile training material for ICT and non-ICT teams
 Conduct workshops, training and coach teams
 Establish successful Agile practices across multiple teams, scaling to branch and divisional adoption
 Effectiveness as a change agent for our clients, able to rally change agents
 Coach and deliver product management skills for clients
 Apply Agile practices to non-ICT projects
Key Skills
 Overall experience of 10-15 Years with at least 6 years’ experience using Agile practices to develop solutions
 3+ year’s experience working as an Agile Coach
 Ability to operate as consultant, coach and mentor
 Experience in training or coaching Developers, Business, SME's on Scrum / Agile activities
 Excellent facilitator, able to engage >100 person planning workshops
 Able to create influence without authority in complex organisations
