Job Description:

The role will work closely with Project teams throughout the project lifecycle in providing the overall technical lead that ensures the approved solution integration architectures are implemented, and overall integrity of the solution designs including consistency across architecture domains, are assured. This role is responsible for providing timely accurate architectural guidance to stakeholders and deliver solution designs in alignment with strategy and end user expectations. You will be responsible for leading the direction of cloud integration and the adoption of MuleSoft, engaging with internal and external developers and architects to resolve complex integration challenges and provide technical solutions development for enterprise software and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
 Design, Develop and maintain project integration solution architectures, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and to provide expertise and advice to stakeholders
 Highlighting technology dependencies, issues and risks and mitigating/managing where required
 Run integration discovery & solution workshops with stakeholders.
 The lead MuleSoft Integration architect on large programs of work
 Senior MuleSoft developer who evangalises best practices & MuleSoft Anypoint platform
 Participate in architecture forums and community of practice meetings and contribute to the overall integration practice.
Knowledge and Experience
 Minimum of 10 years professional IT experience, preferably in consulting.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience with MuleSoft, both development & architecture related experience
 Minimum 10 years experience with Integration platforms with a broad knowledge of platforms such as webMethods, WebSphere, TIBCO, JBoss, Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda, Dell Boomi, Workato or other open-source frameworks, solutions, and tools.
 Experience in MuleSoft CloudHub, Mule ESB and Hybrid deployments.
 Experience with MuleSoft 3 & 4.
 Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint MQ and other Messaging platforms
 Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and/or REST based APIs.
 MuleSoft API Management experience.
 MuleSoft Certified Architect (MCA) & MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)
 Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and/or REST based APIs.
 Experience with Integration Messaging Oriented Middleware.
 Experience delivering integrations with one or more on-premise/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile. Salesforce integration related experience highly desired.
 Demonstrated ‘hands on’ experience implementing multiple technical integration project SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycle) end-to-end.
 Demonstrated ability to effectively implement solutions within a diverse technical team of client, System Integrator partners, contractors, and internal teams
 Ability to guide & solution integration projects, including but not limited to: discovery sessions, high level solutioning & design, requirements capture, estimation, detailed design, development, testing (both unit and higher level testing experience).
 Clear communication and strong presentation skills
 Proven ability in leading medium to large teams in complex integration projects
 Ability to work autonomously as the lead integration SME / architect, navigating through complexity and ambiguity
 Integration DevOps pipeline experience
