We are seeking a Project Manager o join our DXC family.
Job Description:
As Project Manager your accountabilities will be as follows:-
 Establish effective project governance
 Achieve delivered revenue & engagement gross margin
 Review project schedules to optimise resource utilisation to meet client deadlines
 Facilitate project audits & risk management reviews for all projects
 Lead project escalations covering technical, legal & commercial issues
 Ensure strong client engagement & quality outcomes in terms of Total Customer Experience
Lead operational excellence in:
 Provide reliable project backlog financial forecasts to management
 Ensure project management compliance with on-time project reporting & adherence to DXC standards of business practice
Develop business growth:
 Identify & develop new project opportunities with project managers e.g. up-sell or cross-sell
 Communicate value our consulting capabilities provide to our business partners & customers
Directly lead:
 Directly manage delivery resources of up to 20 staff
 Provide detailed performance reviews & skill development recommendations for all staff
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will possess the following skills, attributes & experience:-
 Minimum 10 years' experience in project or program management with application of critical project management planning & execution techniques
 Demonstrable experience in leading development to delivery of large scale infrastructure/network projects
 Excellent customer influence & negotiation skills
 Strong communication skills - written & verbal
 Experience in managing multi-skilled virtual teams to deliver tasks on time in a high pressure environment
 Expertise in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Project & Excel
 Master Degree or equivalent preferred
 PMP or similar Project Management certification preferred.
