Job Description

The Kresner Group is a family business primarily involved in property development and investment and the development and operation of aged care residences via our aged care company the ‘Advantaged Care Group’.

Founded on the pursuit of excellence; the Advantaged Care Group is a fast-growing market leader in the provision of residential aged care services.
The Group owns and operates five beautiful state of the art aged care residences across the greater Sydney area and we have another two residences in the pipeline at present. Advantaged Care also jointly owns and operates Minchinbury Manor, a 103-bed residence in Western Sydney

About the role:

This role is to work at the Kresner Group office, a small team (separate from the Advantaged Care business) and carry out bookkeeping and administrative duties for the Directors and their associated entities.

You will be a self-motivated, down to earth individual who enjoys bookkeeping, administration and general personal support duties. You have strong spoken and written communication skills, strong organisational and computer skills, an attention to detail and a desire to add value to our small team.

Duties will include:
Bookkeeping for private property and investment companies
Administrative assistance to the Directors for both business and personal needs
A heavy focus on property related activities
General correspondence with
Coordinating travel requirements
Assistance with ad-hoc marketing, writing and editing of marketing materials
The successful candidate will hold:
Bookkeeping qualifications and 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
A property or legal background would be helpful
Strong administration, planning and organisational skills including an ability to prioritise and meet required timeframes.
MYOB is preferable
Strong communications skills
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new things on a computer easily
High attention to detail and a common-sense approach
Ability to work well independently
A welcoming and flexible approach
Hold the values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.
This role is being offered on a permanent part-time basis, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical & drug test.

From time to time the successful candidate may have some exposure to the aged care sites, and as such will be expected to have a flu vaccination in line with government direction for aged care.
