Workplace Location
Regis Nedlands is a purpose-built ageing-in-place contemporary facility located in the heart of Nedlands, next to Hollywood Private Hospital, close to public transport and Kings Park. Regis Nedlands forms part of the Regis Hollywood Village complex. There are 141 single rooms (including dementia- specific, palliative and respite), each with en suite, and all with a view of a courtyard or landscaped garden. The stunning rooftop lounge and cafe offer views of the river and city.

About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to work at our Regis Nedlands facility on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday. The Office Manager position is a key role within the frontline management team within the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance of staff personnel files
Maintaining training records
Supporting staff rostering
Various administrative tasks

Skills & Experience
Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Microsoft office suite and competent with use of internal systems
Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Reliability, and a well organised approach
Forward-thinking ability


Mandatory requirements for all candidates
Evidence that you have had the 2020 Flu Vaccination or willingness to complete this before employment can be offered (VIC & QLD currently exempt)*
Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)

*Subject to change, as per the relevant State and Territory Public Health Orders.
