Job Description


  • Based in UniSA Creative at the City West campus
  • Full-time, continuing appointment
  • Salary range: $64,166 - $72,321 per annum (plus up to17% superannuation)




About The Role



The Administration Officer is a key professional staff member within the UniSA Creative Academic Unit. Reporting directly to the Executive Officer, you will perform a broad range of administrative and operational duties and contribute to the effective operation of the Executive team and greater Academic Unit.

Core Responsibilities



  • Provide diary and email management support to the Dean of Programs and other members of the executive team, managing information requests and workflow
  • Implement systems and practices that facilitate forward planning for the executive team
  • Provide executive support to relevant committees and working parties
  • Establish positive working relationships and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Provide high-level support for planning and coordination of events and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects including research, drafting documents, preparing budgets and costings, and monitoring milestones
  • Undertake finance administration for the executive team




Essential Skills And Experience

  • Post-secondary qualifications (business or administrative related discipline) or experience supporting senior managers in a personal assistant/administration role
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a customer-service focused approach
  • Tenacious attention to detail with a creative flair to your work
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and records management skills with digital desktop publishing experience
