Job Description

Admin and Secretarial

We are currently seeking experienced Administration/Contact Centre Personnel, for our client based on the Central Coast of NSW, specifically Tuggeragh.

1 x 9AM – 5PM

1 x 11AM – 7PM

The position;

To ensure efficient and effective allocation, organisation and preparation of service delivery works. This may include, but not limited to works within the Plumbing, Electrical and/or Building Department.

Principal Responsibilities;

  • Dealing with customer and tenant enquiries
  • Answering all telephone calls and logistics from assigned trades in the team
  • Allocating appropriate resources within priority time frame of jobs raised, ensuring Contract works are completed within SLA
  • Weekly/ Monthly reporting on all job activity
  • General administration
  • Other ad-hoc projects and duties as may be required
  • Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications needed to be considered for this position;

  • Business Administration Certificate Level 3 or Equivalent Experience is desirable
  • Experience within a busy, high demand, multi task role
  • Previous experience generating purchase orders/ invoices is desirable
  • Experience working in a fast paced & challenging environment is ESSENTIAL!!
  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • A positive “can do” attitude
  • Great work ethic
