Our client is seeking an Implementation Consult to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.The onboarding team works with their clients to scope their current and future circumstances and is seeking an implementation consultant to help guide them on a roadmap for implementation.Responsibilities: Clean management of data collected from the client, to be imported into our system.Project management – setting clear expectations, documenting, and driving projectsSupport and encourage customers while understanding excellent customer service is about consistency and boundaries. Adaptive outlook to run entertaining training sessions for different service groups of people, both in person and virtually. This would include app and web training.Strong communication skills including modifying your approach to different types of customers and situations; as well as setting or adjusting customer expectations.Have fun with your training sessions! Our client value your feedback and want you to be able to showcase your individuality when building rapport and relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have the following: Software implementation, project management, customer success, support, account management experience or training expertise. Experience training groups, preferably on using new softwareProficient at data management in excel/google sheetsExperienced with undertaking a Scoping & Roadmap meeting with the client (and System Setup/Configuration)
