Pride themselves on a fantastic team culture. City location and you will be working for a Cafe that has a fantastic reputation. The RoleOverseeing a very busy Cafe. Looking after all members of staff, training, coaching, mentoring and keeping the great team culture in place. The role will be very hands on and you will be working alongside your team, leading from the front and giving exceptional customer service as well as background financials and succession planning.
