Are you an experienced Café Manager from a similar food and beverage environment who excels in leading others with strong people management? Join us!We are seeking a leader who is passionate about guest service and thrives in a busy environment. You will ensure that the Dôme team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door.About the roleThe role of Café Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the team of guest facing and food preparation staff. Ensuring service runs smoothly during each and every shift, and keeping an eagle eye on the financial aspects of the business as it runs. You will also be responsible for:Maintain and grow customer and supplier relationshipsRostering of staff and managing labourResponsible for stock management and orderingWork with management on budgeting, cost controls and daily operationsMaintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guestsBenefits and perksPermanent Full-Time position (38 hours) with no split shifts, plus annual and personal leaveGrowing company with state-wide locationsCareer development with a comprehensive training program alongside our Operations TeamDiscounts on food and drink whilst you are workingSkills and experienceProven leadership experience within a fast-paced environmentSound decision making and conflict resolution skillsAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureKeen interest to inspire others to learn and developFlexibility to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5am - 9.30pm, with 2 RDOs per weekPassion for coffee!“At Dôme, being a place of welcome and comfort where everyone is treated with equal respect, is at the very heart of what we do and we embrace this diversity as much for our guests as we do for our team.
