Job Description

We are looking for a Hospitality Superstar! Hospital environmentExciting opportunity to join a leading hospitality company The PositionOur F&B Supervisor roles requires a high level of customer interaction, staff leadership, staff training and delegation. You will require good interpersonal and communication skills and have worked in a fast paced high volume business. You will be working within our friendly team at a hospital site in Concord. You will be confident, approachable and impeccably presented with an abundance of enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry. You will need to have strong guest-focus, customer service, excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Duties You will take ownership in training, developing and mentoring our retail staffLiaise with our sales team/client/managers/kitchen to ensure efficient event deliveryDrive standards to ensure absolute client satisfactionStrong leadership of staff and where applicable staff trainingA 'hands on' approach with an enthusiastic and positive attitudeResponsible for gathering client feedback/end of event reporting The Person You are personable and be able to motivate our team to achieve great resultsYou take pride and are proud in developing future leaders for our businessPrevious experience as a supervisor in a high volume cafe and retail environmentYou are an organised team player with fantastic attention to detail and an ability to perform under pressure, often with tight deadlinesYou are flexible to work on occasional weekends and some public holidays The BenefitsWe place great importance on being an employer of choice and offer excellent career opportunities including internal transfers; ongoing training and development including apprenticeships & traineeships, recognition programs including awards, long service and team event days; site based benefits; and company discounts.Click APPLY Now
