About the role This role will work within the Office & Logistics Marketing team developing and overseeing delivery of Asset specific marketing and communications projects to ensure the Group’s Office & Logistics assets are sufficiently and appropriately represented across all channels as well as supporting the customer experience of its tenants. The Marketing Manager will work closely with key members of the Office & Logistics teams, along with members of the Office & Logistics Marketing team to deliver key projects, implement frameworks and guidelines as well as ROI / measurement methodologies on all related spend across assets. Key responsibilities include Marketing Communications & Content Develop integrated marketing and communications campaigns, in consultation with key asset stakeholders. Develop digital communication strategies and engaging content that supports the assets in elevating the customer experience across all platforms including customer portals, websites, lift screens, lobby screens, EDMs and Social media. Measure the success and ROI for communications including testing alternatives and adjusting approach and messaging based on results and customer engagement. Develop innovative content for marketing collateral used across leasing and project teams and B2B partners, identifying the appropriate tone of voice and adapting to ensure relevance to the audience and cut through. Work with the National Manager, Marketing & Customer Experience on key office development projects including brand development, creation and implementation of communications strategy, producing collateral, writing proposals and providing overall marketing support to asset, leasing and development teams throughout the process. Work with National Marketing team and Customer Solutions Managers (CSMs) to further develop/evolve customer/ tenant onboarding experience. Event Management Work with the National Manager, Marketing & Customer Experience to develop, produce and deliver the annual event engagement strategy for clients and suppliers. Manage the delivery of events from start to finish within a budget including but not limited to: timelines, schedules, logistics, brief creation, content development, invite and RSVP management, venue and ticket sourcing and rate negotiation. Digital Ownership of the Office & Logistics websites, customer experience portals and Wi-fi network including acting as key point of contact for digital agencies and working with the Retail team on the ongoing management of the shared contracts. Provide support to the CSMs and asset teams advising on digital strategies and implementation, including development of communication plans, content and EDM production. Oversee and manage all new website and customer portal projects including procurement process -proposal/approach, budget, timing and rollout, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on-time and on-budget. Ensure SSL certificates are up to date, Domains are secured, renewed annually in conjunction with GPT IT and external agencies. Act as a trusted advisor to internal customers, demonstrating digital innovation and differentiating GPT’s capabilities from competitors. Data & Insights Identify key insights and assist with market research, competitor analysis and reports to generate and increase customer engagement and elevate the customer experience. Use available heat maps and analytics tools to inform, develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for assets across the portfolio which provide a sustainable competitive advantage. Convert available data into insights to inform and plan when, where and how to engage with customers / tenants. Brand Management Manage asset brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing channels. Manage the development of asset brands and rebrands in conjunction with the National Manager, Marketing & Customer Experience. This includes management of the procurement process for external agencies and liaison with internal stakeholders. Coordinate asset photography from pre to post-production, liaising with internal and stakeholders and acting as key point of contact for photographer in line with the Group’s guidelines developed by Corporate Affairs. Budget Management Manage Marketing OPEX budget in conjunction with the National Manager, Marketing & Customer Experience. Manage monthly and quarterly Marketing recharges. People Management Manage freelance designers and temp marketing contractors. Provide support and direction to Marketing Coordinator. What makes you stand out? 6+ years’ relevant experience coupled with tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing fields. Experience in property or Financial Services advantageous. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to generate insights from data and research and a clear understanding of the role that customer insights play. Experience in integrated campaigns, bid and proposal writing, event management and / or site activations. Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills. Credible and articulate, with experience negotiating and influencing decision makers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of effective communication on digital channels. Strong project management skills with the ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget. What makes us stand out?
