Do you have superior customer service and a proactive, positive attitude? The team are looking for an IT Service Analyst – someone they see as the face of Technology for GPT. As the first point of contact for our staff seeking support, you’ll be comfortable in communicating in person, over the phone or via email. This person needs to have excellent listening skills and be a great problem solver. We don’t mind your background - you may have worked on a helpdesk for a year already or you could just be a great customer support person. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a great communicator is what we need. Although previous experience within an ITIL framework would be an added bonus. Key aspects to the role include – Maintaining a rapport with our Customers by displaying a detailed understanding of their support requirements. Logging Incidents/Requests that are issued to the Service Team. Providing 1st level support to GPT staff, contractors and 3rd party providers Maintain high levels of incident ownership through the incident lifecycle.
