We personally own and drive campaign success across display, mobile, video and native. We're strategic thinkers, leveraging our own best-in-class programmatic platforms to make thoughtful client recommendations on campaign execution, delivery, and performance.The Role ItselfThis position will work across our market leading Verizon Media Native and Programmatic DSP platforms, being the face of these within the Australian market. You will have a clear goal to drive adoption, provide consultative technical and sales support to Advertisers and Agency Trading Desks , always ensuring commercial objectives are met. Focusing purely on self-serve clients with the support and guidance of the Head of Platform Solutions, you will also deliver and assist in account growth including developing, testing and the rollout of new platform features.Your DayDevelop and execute Account & Business Plans for existing client portfolio, always looking to impact current and future quarter commercial growthConsult clients to understand and achieve their campaign KPIs running through our platformsIdentify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing clients e.g. if they’re only using Display, cross-sell to Video or Native or trial a data partnerProvide weekly revenue forecasts across your patch and manage a pipeline of sales opportunitiesDrive new platform trials from new Advertisers within existing media agency portfoliosUtilise your optimisation expertise, high level data analysis and insights to meet client-specified objectivesTroubleshoot campaign performance via intimate understanding of Verizon Media proprietary ad technologyKeep up to date with market trends in programmatic to ensure quality and relevancy of client communications and optimisationAssist on-boarding training sessions with new clients to drive adoption of the ad platformTrain sales and sales ops team about performance principles, products, proposition and strategies for platform optimisationA Lot About YouA strong understanding of the digital media market in Australia; in particular Programmatic Trading, Ad Networks, Targeting Platforms and/or Social Ad Platforms.Experience managing performance advertising campaigns across programmaticExperience working in advertising platforms, in particular ad management platforms (e.g Ad Exchanges or DSPs)Ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets without sacrificing campaign performanceA natural relationship builder, with experience partnering with both agency and direct advertisers, as well as internal stakeholdersExperience running reports and interpreting large data sets, to extract key insights and optimisations across campaignsAbility to present our products and campaign performance to clients in a clear and concise manner
