About the Role As part of our marketing team, you will contribute to the delivery of our corporate strategy through CPA Australia’s social media platforms and communities. You will plan, develop and implement creative social media content and campaigns, that will reach and engage CPA members across our social platforms and communities. You will work closely with key stakeholders across our business to ensure digital comms, and social media strategies are fit for purpose and rolled out effectively. You will use performance tracking to identify optimisation opportunities and develop campaign reports and insights to inform future decision making and process improvements to accomplish our CPA Australia Objectives. Your Duties will include, but are not limited to: Provide strategic recommendations to key stakeholders during campaign planning and implementation stages Create and optimise paid Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns Develop social media assets using branded templates in Photoshop Run split tests, track ad performance, analyse data and provide recommendations and updates to stakeholders Manage high budgets carefully and ensure budget allocations are based on best practice Achieve KPIs set by stakeholders Work closely with the social media team to develop new ideas and strategies to achieve KPIs Prepare detailed mid-campaign and post-campaign reports that include stats and learnings Keep up to date with Facebook and LinkedIn media planning and buying best practice Who are you? You will have over 3 years’ experience working in social media You know how to execute paid social media planning and buying, primarily on Facebook and LinkedIn Ad reporting and pixel conversion tracking has been part of your everyday life Community management and social media listening is at the heart of what you do Building relationships, working with stakeholder and strategic thinking is what’s put you ahead of the rest A passion for social media, brand storytelling and an understanding of social media tactics is what makes you tick Why CPA Australia?
