The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes:Strong service and maintenance plumbing experience delivering fast and accurate results in small to medium sized maintenance jobsGreat problem solving skills with the ability and experience to run and deliver their own jobsProfessional level braze and weld with oxy and acetyleneWork with builders and homeowners; Read and interpret plans from pre-layout to completion, Leadership skills to direct team members and apprentices to meet schedules and budgetsStrong skills in utilisation of mobile apps to control labour and materials, record notes and upload quality photos for job reportingBackflow prevention, TMV and experience operating CCTV, drain machines and pressure jet machineryKnowledge and experience in Work, Health & Safety processesHas the ability to communicate clearly with existing clients and take payments when requiredHigh customer service skills and professional presentation to represent and promote the company Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following:Minimum 5 years qualified tradesperson experienceMinimum 2 years of maintenance experienceCurrent WA Drivers Licence with clean driving history The successful candidate, if proven, will have the opportunity to be a senior staff member helping run and drive this business going forward.
