You will make change recommendations to ensure that our ‎customers achieve the highest quality of service by ensuring an open flow of orders ‎throughout Medtronic’s distribution network.‎ Please note this is a 12 months' contract. A Day in the Life‎ The Transport Operations Analyst will provide support and monitoring, analysis, ‎interpretation, and actioning of the day-to-day operational aspects of our Transport ‎related processes. The Transport Operations Analyst will also look to identify ‎opportunities and communicate recommendations that will increase operational ‎productivity and efficiency ensuring an open / error free flow of orders throughout ‎Medtronic’s distribution network.‎ In this role, you will:‎‎ Support the Medtronic Logistics Supervisor by providing direction, instruction, ‎and guidance to the 3PL in executing logistics projects and process ‎improvements.‎ Assist in the coordination of transport activities and processes.‎ Monitor KPI’s and SLA’s for all logistics service providers and ensure deviations ‎are investigated and rectified.‎ Contribute to Transport and 3PL Spend optimisation.‎ Support transport and be the backup for the coordination of all the transfer and ‎return of products in the field in line with Medtronic standard processes.‎ Generate and provide monthly reporting related to transport activities and ‎processes.‎ Oversee replenishment / load management, EoD reconciliation, 3PL order wave ‎management, Issues log, and Order issues management. ‎ Must Have – Minimum Requirements A Bachelor’s degree, is essential Proficient planning skills Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task ‎and manage complexity Good attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ‎ Advanced MS Excel Skills Nice to Have Experience in supply chain and/ or customer service process Demonstrated experience in SAP Experience in the Healthcare industry ‎ About Medtronic Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
