Description: Company This national business is a developer of transport management software. Their SAAS product is a market leading platform that assists all businesses who regularly move freight domestically, to better manage and coordinate their supply chain needs. The company is young, dynamic, forward thinking and extremely focussed on creating a learning environment for all staff to progress their careers and grow within the company. Position Due to the ongoing growth of the business nationally, the role of Implementation Support Specialist has become available. This role will see you technically assisting a variety of end user customers from SME's through to enterprise clients. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide support to end user customers as they progress through the implementation and onboarding phase. Act as the link between customer and the IT department with configurations. Provide tech support to the sales team as a subject matter expert in assisting with client questions. Ensure that allocated tasks and requests are actioned and communicated in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Contribute to product development through communication of customer feedback to development teams. Candidate This position will be reserved for an enthusiastic individual holding a strong background gained in a similar, technical support or IT integration role from within the SAAS industry. The following characteristics will be highly regarded: Experience working for a software provider in the SAAS industry. A genuine desire to help customers and strong rapport building skills with clients. The ability to multitask and apply yourself to multiple on-going matters with different clients. Unwavering commitment to quality of customer experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to engage with various team members from different departments.
