Our current workload within the Roads and Highways Engineering business has grown significantly and we are looking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join our Perth team. You will exercise sound judgement and initiative while undertaking both your project responsibilities and design tasks. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the roads/highways engineering sections, providing inputs to project works and tender bids. Project delivery varies between design only, design and construct and alliance models. Based in Perth office and reporting to the WA Transport Infrastructure Leader, as a Senior Civil Engineer, you would also be expected to help with the mentoring and development of junior team members as well as supporting the project manager in their role. Here's What You'll Need:You should have a Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, coupled with a vast amount of experience in the planning, design and construction of road infrastructure. In addition, the ideal candidate should have: Design experience in roads/highways Knowledge and understanding of RMS and Austroads Standards and accepted practices or an equivalent road agency Analytical and problem solving skills Jacobs.
