This is the ideal role if you have strong communications and business analysis skills, and are able to build relationships with key stakeholders in order to distil business needs, provide reliable and accurate information and identify fit for purpose solutions.</p><p> </p><p>Prior experience working in a similar role in a legal practice or professional services organisation would be highly regarded.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office</strong></p><p>CSO provides high quality and cost-effective legal services to the NSW Government and its agencies. This includes undertaking application administration tasks, responding to application issues, providing advice and training to end-users in their use of the business systems, and reviewing business processes to identify changes that lead to business improvements.</p><p> </p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong communications and business analysis skills, and will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders in order to distil business needs, provide reliable and accurate information and identify fit for purpose solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong business analysis skills</li> <li>Strong business applications level 2 support and systems administration skills.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Targeted Questions:</strong></p><p><strong>(Max 500-word count)</strong></p><ol> <li>Provide an example that demonstrates your ability to analyse business processes in order to identify alternative solutions and assess feasibility.</li> <li>What framework do you use to gather information from client to understand their needs?
