As an Adviser Administrator in our Life Insurance & Investments Division, you’ll be responsible for supporting a range of enquiries from our Advisers and Dealer Groups. In this role the your tasks would include managing telephone and written enquiries and requests from advisers and licensees, triaging of work items in Salesforce, setting up and maintaining advisers on our internal database, processing adviser transfers between dealer groups, investigating and resolving adviser remuneration issues, processing commission adjustments and corrections, and verifying weekly commission runs and reports. Previous administration/data organised with a solutions driven approach. Proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support.
