Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Program Support and Administration Officers to join the team within a Federal Government Department. This role is APS6 equivalent.Role and ResponsibilitiesAssist and support program management by providing administration and secretariat functionsHelp facilitate procurement and contract arrangements including reviewing project proposals and drafting of contractsReview and maintain program reporting arrangements including providing input into Ministerial and Executive briefingsEngage with internal and external stakeholders on program mattersProvide ongoing support to Employment Facilitators including program and policy support and facilitating connections with departmental staff and other agenciesNavigate IT Systems and interpret and analyse dataResearch community projects and opportunitiesAbout YouYou will demonstrate strong administrative skills and have an adaptable nature. This role may require travel for meetings with Regional Victoria.
