To succeed in the role the Intake & Administration Support Officer will need to have high level organisation skills, ability to plan and schedule time efficiently, an ability to complete a range of administrative tasks and have very good IT skills.The Intake & Administration Support Officer will work as a member of the RAHT with a multi-faceted role to provide a high standard of administrative assistance to the team. The role is pivotal in assisting the RAHT to provide a responsive service ensuring all administrative requirements are processed in an efficient and timely manner. The role primarily involves completing referral intake functions in addition to a range of administrative/ clerical tasks to further support the team, including responding to general/referral related enquiries. We are looking for A certificate or Diploma in Business Administration.Minimum 3 years experience working in an administration role, preferably in a health service.Demonstrated ability to work in a customer focused service environment with skills and experience in the delivery of timely, accurate and respectful customer interactions.A high level of initiative, self-motivation, organisational and time management skills, an ability to prioritise tasks, and to use time effectively to meet deadlinesWell-developed data entry and computer literacy including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook), Internet and client information management/database systemsA high level of communication, organisational and time management skills.A current motor vehicle licence.
