The Opportunity Our (Award Winning) People and Culture Services exist to strengthen employee and client experiences by uniting ONE TEAM IPC Health so that they can meaningfully partner for life with our community. As we enter the next cycle of our Strategic Plan to Embed Innovation (in progress!), Scale for Demand and Evidence our Impact, we are growing our People and Culture service offering by testing a new structure and new positions over an initial 12 month period. At the heart of our team is the People Administration Officer, who oversees a broad range of administrative support functions to help us deliver on People Plan objectives and initiatives. The People Administration Officer also plays an integral role in supporting our Student Placement planning and processing, partnering with service leaders to expand placement opportunities and ensuring our emerging workforce has the best possible placement experience. Flexible Part-Time opportunity until 24 June 2022, 60.8 hours per fortnight (4 days per week) Availability to work at Deer Park office location with flexibility to work from home for majority of role Enjoy maximum NFP salary packaging tax benefits You will make a difference by providing a broad range of administrative support to the People and Culture team and across the entire employee lifecycle to enable efficient operations being the first point of contact for initial calls and queries to help coordinate and prioritise need across People Partners and wider People and Culture team supporting delivery of People Plan initiatives and outcomes To succeed, you will need tertiary qualification (or studying towards) in human resources or a related discipline or demonstrated on-the-job experience demonstrated experience in providing administration services experience with systems administration and the ability to analyse and make improvements to systems highly effective written and verbal communication skills
