If you are an experienced Administrator who is looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the elderly, we'd like to hear from you! Key responsibilities (not limited to): • Provide general clerical support • Responsible for financial tasks as requested • Client records maintained efficiently, securely and confidentially in accordance with the policy • Provide assistance to management staff • Supervise reception duties Skills, knowledge and experience needed: • Well-developed administrative, time management and organisational skills • Reception and telephone switchboard skills, including experience dealing with clients who are in emotional distress and/or crisis • The ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently • Experience in the direct contact with staff • High level of written and verbal communication skills
