We are a growing team of Allied Health Professionals providing care for older adults and people living with disabilities in their homes. We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and work alongside our wonderful Administration Team. This role is suitable to someone that: loves being part of a team has great computer skills enjoys speaking to people on the phone is able to solve problems independently Previous healthcare administration experience and experience in the aged care and NDIS sector are highly desirable! Duties & responsibilities data entry with acceptance of new referrals phone calls with team, clients and suppliers ability to use Google's suite of products, such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Sheets etc basic book keeping or accounts knowledge will be advantageous represent our culture of care, integrity and professionalism Benefits & culture CPD allowance to assist your ongoing education and training Big focus on culture - fun, support and collaboration Team social events Flexible working arrangements available About the company Community Therapy is a robust team of over 60 passionate Allied Health Professionals across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley servicing older adults and people living with disabilities in their homes.
