Client care is at the forefront of this business ethos.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Archive legal documentsDraft letters; emails; reports and presentationsCover the reception during the receptionists break and on an ad hoc basisSchedule meetings and prepare conference/meeting roomsPerform other tasks when reasonably requested by a fellow team memberManage the flow of documents in and out of the company's safe custodySet-up new hires in the IT and administration systems and assist in training staff membersEntering time sheets for the Principal PartnerManage the weekly Workflow program by collating the report for the meetingOrganise the dashboard budget report for Partners to reviewOrganise the monthly KPI Report for staff membersResearching and booking travel arrangements for staff membersFinding ways to improve administrative processes The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant:Highly motivatedAbility to work independentlyProven experience working toward tight deadlines and under pressureAttention to detail is keyProficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite3 + year's Administrative experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude and maintain high level of customer care
