We’re looking for an innovative and collaborative UX/UI Designer to join the team shaping the digital banking and mobile experience on our award-winning products. Placing the customer at the heart of everything you do, you’ll design experiences based on a deep understanding of our customer’s goals and needs. Working end to end from discovery through to delivery, this is an opportunity to own projects and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.You’ll be comfortable in both qualitative and quantitative research and working with data and insights to inform your decision making. You’ll conduct stakeholder interviews, desk research and regular usability testing to bring the whole team closer to the customer. You’ll have an intimate understanding of native mobile as well as responsive web design as you push the boundaries of digital banking. You’ll embrace remote working tools and processes to present your findings and solutions to your team and the wider business.You’ll have a proven ability to understand the big picture and provide intuitive, frictionless solutions to complex problems.
