Job Description

Seeking a data-driven digital media expert who wants to be a part of a global B2B SaaS success story.

IntelligenceBank is looking for a team member who can act as the in-house data-driven Digital Media expert. Key to this role will be the ability to implement and build social ads across our three main channels – LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Social Media

  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and support the overall strategy and execute social media content plans across social
  • Monitor account activities, including any comments, and provide recommendations on response and strategy
  • Own social media calendar and develop a strategy around posting cadence
  • Monitor, discover, and recommend social media trends to act on
  • Listen, engage, and publish using powerful social media marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to unite marketing with sales and customer service
  • Report social media analytics and performance, including measuring engagement, web traffic, and SEO to the leadership team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Email Marketing

  • Responsible for managing email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot) and automating lead-nurturing campaign
  • Managing and editing email templates within HubSpot/Pardot, creating and editing landing pages and workflows, and the overall management of segmented lists (both send and suppression)
  • Creating content for email marketing campaigns and monthly client newsletters
  • Utilize robust databases and database software to regularly build your audience and increase the range of your brand message
  • Track the results of marketing campaigns – analyse and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis (metrics such as deliverability, open and click-through rates, conversion/bounce rates, and database growth over time)
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience in email marketing and social media management
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, management, and distribution
  • Deep understanding of social campaigns and their integration into a CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of how the CRM should and can be utilized across the organization
  • Deep understanding of Lead Capture and Customer Journeys
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram Ads Manager and platform usage
  • Ability to deliver creative content when needed (text, image and video)
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Located in our Melbourne headquarters, the successful candidate will be part of a successful global B2B SaaS company and marketing team. You will work closely with our CEO, Head of Marketing, Digital & Automation Media Manager and Graphic Designer.
