Support the identification, analysis and management of risks and controls across the Bank, and contribute to the implementation of an effective risk management framework. A key part of your will role will be to provide insight and reporting into risk maturity across the Bank, and develop plans for ongoing improvement. Your background in designing and delivering insightful risk reporting will see you taking a high profile in working with stakeholders across the Bank and making a difference. Your team As a key part of a small second line team, you will continually improve the design and implementation of the enterprise risk framework. The Risk and Compliance Department supports the consistent and effective application of the Bank's framework for managing risk and compliance obligations, both at the enterprise level and for individual business units across the Bank. It also advises on and implements the risk management framework governing the Bank’s operations in financial markets.
