About the roleKnown internally as a Small Business Manager you will manage your own existing and local portfolio of business clients typically in the range of $200k - $1 mil across a variety of industries. Based in our Rosny Park Business centre you will be connected with a network of company and Community Bank Branches who are well respected and strongly engaged with the communities they serve.You will: Connect with your customers with quality conversations to build deep and lasting relationshipsImplement and deliver financial solutions that are innovative, holistic and needs-basedForm close relationships with your branches: partner with branch managers and coach and lead the education of Branch teamsBuild trusted relationships with Credit Risk Develop and implement localised plans to raise your profile in the community Does this sound like you?We are looking for someone who will grasp this opportunity with enthusiasm and proudly tell our story to take our business to the next level.
