Supporting him, and the broader executive team, your duties will include: Being the first point of contact for all matters concerning the CEO and Executive Team;Responding to internal and external enquiries;Managing complex diaries, ensuring that day to day priorities and changes are met and managed effectively;Schedule and co-ordinate the preparation of meetings including booking meeting rooms, proving refreshments, collating agendas, and following up on action points;Project Management, including promotion processes;Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries, transportation, hotel bookings and expenses; andProvide overall secretarial and administrative support as required. Skills & ExperienceTo be considered for this position; you will: Have 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant;Have exceptional communications skills – both written and verbal;Be extremely organised with a proven ability to re-prioritise conflicting commitments;A proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality;The ability to work pro-actively and autonomously; andAdvanced MS Suite skills; andImportantly, maybe most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player.
