What you will do This exciting role supports our CEO and Managing Director for the Woolworths Group, Brad Banducci. This opportunity will be varied with no two days the same. You will play a vital role in a true business partnership providing confidential ‘right hand’ support in all aspects of personal assistance. Coordinate and organise meetings with key stakeholders Forward-thinking/planning of travel across calendars Manage a complex inbox, prioritising and actioning where appropriate Drafting and responding to email correspondence Preparing daily preparation packs and board documents Capturing information on behalf of Brad and managing priorities tightly Executing internal events and conferences Who we’re looking for You're a highly organised individual who knows how to be two steps ahead and anticipate their executive’s needs. Coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, this role is privy to highly confidential business information, as such you will understand the importance of trust in this relationship. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success. You can work autonomously, have great judgement are highly flexible with how/when you work. You will also have Experience providing support at the CEO level within top ASX organisations Experience within a large complex and highly matrixed environment High level of integrity/confidentiality Ability to multitask and be flexible with priority of work Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with executives Ability to connect with other EA’s and influence across the network High level of computer literacy with MS Office Suite applications and/or Google Documents Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Joining the Group
