THE POSITIONOur Brisbane operation is seeking an experienced administrator to support our sales and service teams. If you have worked in a sales / service administration role and have a professional, positive attitude and an enthusiastic approach to work, this role could be for you. Experience in a similar service industry, working within the commercial property sector (HVAC, fire, electrical or plumbing) would be advantageous but not essential. Responsibilities lie in co-ordinating service administration functions, controlling allocated works and supporting our administration team with a variety of tasks. These may include (but not limited to):Preparation of quote or tender packaging and tender submissionsSales administration processing sales and service ordersManaging the service contract renewal processUpdating sales reportsEXPERIENCE REQUIREDTo be successful in this position, you will need to be a motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
