Job Description

Job Description This role is designed to help Fitness and Lifestyle Group retain existing customers as well as reach out to previous customers. You will be representing premium brands in the fitness industry, offering customers opportunities to continue their fitness journey. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to members who have cancelled or in the process of cancelling their memberships and offer them a new deal to win them back to the gym.Meet expected individual targets/KPIs Have positive conversations with members to ensure that the Fitness and Lifestyle Group brand standards are upheld Use your sales skills to handle objections and convert members Accurately document interaction and save the call record appropriately Ensure that all the compliance rules are followed at all timesNow, enough about us. To succeed in this role you'll need the following attributes: Great Sales skills Excellence in service delivery Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers Efficient and accurate typing abilityWe’re looking for passionate people to join the Probe family.
