Job Description

"To serve the community by enhancing people's lives and businesses, by facilitating justice and equity, and by continuously improving through a culture of learning, collaboration and service excellence." Welcoming expressions of interest for our wonderful new Perth & Joondalup offices... HHG is a multi award winning 'full-service' legal firm, currently with offices in Perth, Mandurah, Joondalup, Bunbury and Albany. This is your chance to work for an organisation that has a dynamic working environment and culture designed to empower staff, invest in their career, and provide the best possible service to clients. This is a rare opportunity offered to the right candidate to take the lead in a busy market with an extensive client portfolio in either our Perth or Joondalup offices. Joondalup in particular is a fast growing market for us and there is a real opportunity to build your pipeline quickly. We are looking for someone who has a genuine enthusiasm for delivering great service and the best outcome our clients expect, together with the maturity and commercial initiative that brings, as well as the personal touch, trust, value and expectation management our wonderful clientele deserve. The level you join us will very much depend on your experience, we are looking for candidates with over 7 years PQE in Family law, anyone from Senior Associate upwards to Special Counsel to assist in taking our offering to the next level, enhancing and building on our full suite of legal services in the team with full autonomy. It is a distinct advantage that you are not shy on building relationships with others in the profession, as well as within other professional services firms and industry bodies. If you have a mature network of referral sources already then that would help, but to have the right attitude to develop and nurture relationships as a trusted advisor is of great importance to HHG. Why join HHG Legal Group? A multi award winning legal firm, we are inspired by a single vision that guides everything we do: as a team of talented and committed individuals we believe in establishing and maintaining collaborative, diverse and supportive teams - not only with our clients - but also amongst our colleagues. We enjoy what we do (and have fun doing it), but we're not afraid to work hard. You will enjoy working in a modern, collaborative and collegiate team culture. We invest in our staff by providing a positive office environment, regular learning and resources, marketing, facilities and ongoing professional development which is available to all. We celebrate our successes with regular social events and our active social club provides numerous opportunities to enjoy the company of colleagues in non-work environments. What's on Offer A competitive salary package is on offer for the successful candidate, as well as the benefits of working in a rewarding and expansive culture. If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you. Please either apply for the position by attaching your CV in the first instance, or contact our Chief Operating Officer, Nigel Richards (confidentially) with any queries on 9211 2605 or, preferably, apply for the position attaching your CV.
