Job Description

Actively promote best practice in information management Join a highly engaged professional information management team Exposure to diverse business challenges and solutions in the information management field Access to a wide-range of staff benefits, including gym facilities and café Our information management team is looking for an Information Analyst with experience in business engagement, training and with information management knowledge. A key focus of the role will be supporting the adoption of best-practice information management and on process improvement through consultation, education and communication with staff. You will establish close working partnerships across the RBA to understand information management needs and processes, while contributing to the delivery of information management services that support compliance and best‑practice information management. You will also: Partner with information owners on information-management related initiatives. Provide specialist advice on improving information management capability. Develop and deliver training on information governance, standards and policies. Develop communications to support uptake of current and new information management systems and solutions. Contribute to the improved use and development of the EDRMS and collaboration tools. Proactively drive change activities to embed best-practice information management. Your background To be successful in this critical role you will possess: Extensive experience in developing and maintaining business relationships. Experience in delivering education or training on information management practice and/or systems. Experience with using an EDRMS or information management system. Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in information management, stakeholder/change management, education or related discipline.
