Build your career in a highly engaged and successful teamGreat engaging work environment where customer advocacy is highly valuedWe are committed to working flexibly A career that gives you more Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper.Your key responsibilities will be Proactively analyse the platform to identify performance improvements that can be addressed by the Site Reliability Engineering teamDevelop internal team tooling to aid in the maintenance, performance and reliability of the platformDesign, maintain and engineer performance improvements to existing cloud environmentsImprove current processes via automation to reduce manual effortBecome a go to person for developers and service team members for troubleshootingReview logs, build dashboards and monitor using Splunk, AppDynamics and other toolsProblem solve technical issues raised by customers both internal and externalJoin the on-call roster to provide out of hours technical supportWork closely with Developers, Dev Ops, and Senior Site Reliability Engineers to execute platform requirements and priorities You will bring Experience working in development as either a Software or Dev Ops EngineerExposure to CI/CD pipelines using a tech stack of GIT, AWS, Jenkins, Artifactory and DockerAn understanding of microservice architectures involving API GatewaysExperience working with AWS particularly EC2, ECS, VPC, Cloudwatch and CloudformationExperience with performance monitoring and dashboarding with tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics or ELKExperience with scripting languages such as Bash and PythonAbility to problem solve end to end across a technology stackExperience with Azure, service meshes, networks or security will be highly regardedUnderstanding of Agile practices and experience working in an agile environment By joining NAB you are committing to putting our customers’ needs first every time.
