Job Description Sabre Hospitality Solutions (SHS) is an industry leading technology provider of SaaS-based connectivity & distribution solutions (including Central Reservation Services, Call Center Services, Channel Management Connectivity, Online Booking Engine, Voice Agents, Digital Services, Guest Experience Services, Media Sales, Analytics) to the Hospitality Industry and a part of Sabre Holdings, one of the leading Travel Technology providers in the world. SHS services 39,000 hotels in 174 countries around the world. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to manage the commercial and operational relationship between Sabre Hospitality Solutions and an assigned portfolio of hotel customers. The position requires a customer-centric thought process as well as advanced sales skills. Responsible for leading SHS’s Sales & Account management function for territory Responsible for managing the regional team as well as the direct sale of SHS products or services. Ensures strong customer acquisition & pipeline Fosters existing and builds new industry relationships Brand ambassador for Sabre in market Responsible for the commercial success and profitability of client portfolio in market Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information/demonstrations and quotes appropriate customer prices. Typically handles more critical accounts or larger territories than those of Account Managers or Sales Representatives. Primary responsibility is to sell SHS products or services and generally responsible for finding and generating new customers. Provides technical guidance to other levels of Account Managers & Sales Representatives. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of customer's business and product requirements is necessary. This position is fully knowledgeable about company products. Establishes target list and short range strategies to attain key business plan objectives of new and conversion sales. Quotes and negotiates pricing options and explains contractual obligations to potential customers. Closes sales; goal is to meet profitability and growth objectives. Develops strategic business/sales plans. Dynamic, self-motived, a people person Confident, well-connected Manages a small team hence requires people management skills, compassion, a team player Domain expertise required (Hospitality Distribution, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality IT) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must speak and write very good English. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously essential.
