The company is among the fastest growing companies and expanding the team to fulfil its growth and we need people who have wide technical skills and can help deliver high level of customer service.  Key Must Haves: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in a positive manner Empathy and ability to listen to the clients and understand the business criticality of your job for our client Key Responsibility: You will be working as the newest member of the data recovery team by providing customer service to customers on the phone whether making calls, answering questions, or following up on queries, as well as meeting with clients face to face. As a Junior BDE you will have the opportunity to learn from more senior and experienced Business Development Executives. Using a proven sales methodology, together with your outstanding people and communication skills, as well as a hunger to succeed you will enable business and self growth. Responsibilities include: Answering customer queries via email, phone and face to face Converting quotes into successful sales orders Sourcing new clients through various proven sales strategies Targeting prospective clients within our active industry verticals Tracking all activities through our online CRM and weekly reports Working closely with the rest of the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to actively close opportunities Requirements: A passion for providing exceptional customer service Drive and motivation to develop a career in sales Ability to build relationships with people at all levels Basic awareness of IT concepts and industry offerings Well-groomed and personally presented Excellent communication skills Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed  Passionate and "Out of the Box" thinker To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following criteria: Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status Current Resume and Proof of residency or citizenship to your application Australian University undergraduate degree in IT, Business or Marketing field, preferably On Offer: Full time role + Competitive Remuneration Great culture Great learning and growth potential A career path for the right candidate
