The RoleWe are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead & develop their own team and manage all the general duties of the store.In GYG we highly value collaboration, team work and people development. Our restaurant managers are expected to take ownership, develop their teams and contribute to the global growth of GYG by providing the best quality food and customer service in their stores.Key areas of responsibilityLead operations and staff on shiftConduct and take ownership of the general running of the restaurantElevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkableDevelop the team through coaching, training and promoting opportunitiesManage inventory and financial side of the restaurantSkillsProven experience in a management role in the hospitality industry is a MUST. However, in GYG we are all about the attitude and it is vital that you have the following attributes:Vibrant, enthusiastic and cheerful personalityPassion for food, quality and making the customers love usGreat leadership and communication skills with people from different cultural backgroundsCollaborative attitude, adaptability and the drive to always go a step closer to perfection
