About the role Our Fitness Instructors love what they do, to inspire, encourage and educate our fitness members to be better versions of themselves. You will be open to working with us on a casual basis, with between 5 - 25 hours per week initially on offer. Working a flexible roster across the 7 days of the week, this may include mornings, day and evenings with some weekends as a required. The various shifts we have on our rotating roster are: Monday - Friday: 1:30PM - 9:30PM Weekends aren't required at this stage, but the successful candidate will have flexibility to work on weekends in the future. You will be comfortable as the go-to person on our gym floor, easily connect with our members and work with them to achieve greater fitness and wellbeing.
