Job Description

Sherbet Cafe & Bake Shop is small bakery located in Maylands, serving the local community for over 10 years with a range of freshly made pastries, cakes, tarts and savoury goods. We are currently seeking a recent school leaver or someone with a passion for cooking and delivering quality products to join our team to undertake a Certificate III in Patisserie. Throughout the apprenticeship you will: Oversee the day’s productionCreate base products from scratch Prepare fillings Create a wide range of pastries, tarts and savory items Operate commercial equipment Complete general cleaningThe cafe is open 7 days per week, you would be required to start at 6am daily and undertake weekends (Saturday and Sunday). To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
