Job DescriptionWORK FULL TIME WHILE COMPLETING AN ACCREDITED QUALIFICATION.Role: Certificate III in Commercial  Location: CastlemaineTarget commencement date: ASAPAbout the job: To be the successful applicant for this position, you will need to be passionate about the hospitality trade and take pride in your work. You will also need to be a team player, but also have the ability to work individually, show initiative, be prepared to work hard and go the extra mile.  ·         Use food preparation equipment·         Produce dishes using basic methods of cookery·         Clean kitchen premises and equipment·         Use hygienic practices for food safety Apply now for this full-time employment in the Victorian Public Service or local government sector as part of the newly announced Victorian Apprenticeship Recovery Package  (VARP)The program is available to young people aged 15 to 24 with the desire to work for a minimum of 12 months while completing an accredited traineeship or apprenticeship.Long term unemployed, Indigenous, people with a disability and women in non-traditional sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
