In this hands on role, your creativity and passion for food will be utilised to develop captivating menus in line with Crown's promotional activities and events. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will be required to train & mentor your teams whilst liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior level managment. You will manage budgets and monitor financial targets, food and labour costs and other associated expenses effectively. Your advanced time management, organisation and task delegation skills will ensure efficient daily kitchen operations for two F&B outlets.
