Beautiful casual dining restaurant with a real paddock to plate approach to menu and an award winning wine list!THE VENUE:Is a beautiful boutique hotel, restaurant and spa with multiple awards under its belt and no sign of slowing down! Located on beautiful acreage, going to work every day will be a dream!THE ROLE:You will work in conjunction with the Chief Sommelier and Restaurant Manager on the restaurant's wine list boasting over 300 local and international wines. This is the perfect opportunity to expand on your already solid foundation of knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.YOU:* Similar experience working in a high volume and high quality restaurant * Exceptional wine knowledge - but no qualification required* Ability to train and mentor a team* Great communication skills* Leadership ability* Strong attention to detail* A valid RSA certificate* Ultimately - a passion and drive to provide an exceptional customer experienceON OFFER FOR THIS POSITION:* Career opportunity in the fine dining management sector* A fantastic and supportive team and ownership* The opportunity to work with a highly acclaimed Sommelier and Chef* A challenging role that will build on your current abilities**Please note that unfortunately, due to current international travel uncertainty as a result of global pandemic Covid-19, we are not accepting applications from outside of Australia at this time.
