The possibilities are endless - Primary Connect Project Governance & Assurance Manager The Primary Connect Project Governance & Assurance Manager will provide quality assurance oversight for a blend of agile and waterfall based projects in alignment to Woolworths delivery Governance, Assurance and Delivery frameworks, methodologies & processes as well as enable positive process and cultural change that will optimise Primary Connect project deliverables and outcomes. Engage with varying levels of stakeholders including functional tribes, project managers and the Primary Connect leadership team. Contribute Agile methodology subject matter expertise as well as assurance and process improvements for optimised project delivery outcomes Support the Governance & Assurance mandate and strategy. The Opportunity The role will contribute to new ways of working in a fast paced, lean delivery environment whilst enabling positive process and cultural change that will optimise Primary Connect project deliverables and outcomes, leveraging deep knowledge of the following three competencies; Project/Program Management/PMO- A deep understanding on delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments including all aspects of project delivery, including Business Case development and commercials interpretation Process Improvement - Identify wastage in existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement on delivery, develop fit for purpose processes optimising delivery and ways of working/collaborating to achieve outcomes Quality Assurance & Project Risk Management - Ability to understand and contextualise project scope and identify risks and opportunities as well as, on occasion, recommend remediating actions Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a hands on an all rounder to join our intrapreneurial working environment: Experience in developing, administering, contributing and evolving functional consulting practices within an organisation. Minimum of 7-10 years’ blended experience Program/Project Management, Project Quality Assurance, PMO Management or Business/Process Analytics or related role. Strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies and ways of working Demonstrated Program/Project Control and Management (Time/cost/scope/resources) Detailed knowledge of at least one of the following: Jira, Confluence, SAP, Sentient or other PPM tools Clarity/MS Project Server), Tableau Strong Spreadsheet/Excel skills Strong presentation building skills (Powerpoint/Google slides) Dedication to proactively drive the adoption of Project Delivery & Governance processes and practices Experience with or exposure to supply chain, transport, freight, retail or manufacturing industry. Dedication to drive the continuous enhancement of the consulting methodology and ways of working Experience working in highly technical environments Dedication to drive innovation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of project risk and assurance and project delivery/management practices Project delivery/assurance consulting experience desirable Joining the Group
