Job DescriptionWe are currently on the hunt for a Face to Face Media Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a regionally dispersed environment. You will have a unique mix of being a strategic thinker along with being able to work closely with businesses to cultivate authentic and long-term relationships.We are looking for candidates who are based in Ballarat, who can commit to servicing customers in the Ballarat market and surrounding area, as well as travelling statewide for business development opportunities. What can we offer you?We are committed to providing comprehensive training, on-going support and coaching to the successful candidateTechnology tools such as laptop and mobile, and InternetInternal progression opportunitiesWork from the comfort of your own homeCompetitive base salary + commission structureCar Allowance and fuel cardOpportunity to travel nationally!What will a normal day look like?Attend 10 to 15 appointments per week delivering full service account management solutionsPlay an influential role in managing client retention; 50% of your portfolio are existing clients!Find and sell marketing services (digital and print) to new business opportunitiesSell value-based marketing solutions that will optimise your clients’ business goalsFunction as a strategic advisor to clients, analyse and identify areas of improvement within the client’s current advertising trafficQualificationsAbout you;You get a buzz out of coming up with outstanding marketing strategies for your clientsYou love building genuine relationships and showing clients how we can add value to their businessYou can confidently convert new business deals and present campaign proposalsYou thrive in a KPI driven environment sourcing new business and achieving sales growth You are tech savvy, have great communication skills and possess a high level of professionalism
