If you can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and are an absolute whizz at analytics, we have the perfect job for you. You will be responsible for leading the execution of our paid media strategy across the region working closely with our APJ marketing teams, Global Field Programs colleagues and the digital marketing agencies in region. We are looking for someone who is a gun on the tools, who is numbers and data-driven to ensure we maximise our investment, optimize our programs performance and drive business outcomes. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDay to day campaign management, ensuring campaigns are running and being optimised for best results, monitoring performanceDrive program execution in alignment with regional strategy and Global Field Programs campaigns Work closely with APJ marketing leadership to execute regional strategyWork with our APJ agency to drive paid media strategy, ensure on-time execution and continuous optimisation is taking placeTest and scale new and existing paid media channelsUse paid media channels to increase retention and LTV in existing customersDetermine which channels show promise and can be scaled further - creating a blueprint for future growthProvide campaign analysis and reports with recommendations and insights for growthExamine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budgetMeasure and optimise our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards and Google AnalyticsResearch and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisitionCollaborate with marketing teammates across EMEA and the Americas to leverage learnings and campaigns from other regions (if applicable)Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour, well versed in industry best practiceMonitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situationRequirements and Qualifications8+ year(s) in paid media management, strategy and content deliveryProven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omnichannel campaign deliveryExperience and knowledge of the latest reporting and analysis toolsKnowledge of social media/networking platforms and monitoring toolsExperience across Social Management ToolsExperience across Ad Serving TechnologyKnowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics & Facebook AnalyticsComfortable using data-driven approaches to develop targeting, measure, interpret results and optimiseExperience leading and developing social media and content strategies across paid and organicAn innovative thinker with a test and learn mindset, experience in agile optimisation preferredClose attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a high volume, faced paced environmentExcellent communication skills – both verbal and written to clearly convey strategies, tactics, rationale and results to peers and executive stakeholdersSitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
